Job Description
- Greet and process phone calls and in-person visitors providing first-class customer service in alignment with company’s core values.
- Respond to employee standard human resource queries and work-related matters; re-direct to the proper person when necessary.
- Pick up and register daily incoming requests, assign to back end HC member and monitor progress till closure.
- Ensure completed documentation is received by the requesting employee.
- Perform frequent quality check and employee service satisfaction level audits.
- Manage tracking system appropriately to ensure effective service delivery within the set SLAs timeline.
- Prepare daily progress reports and follow up to ensure timely closure and system update without impacting on the quality.
- Direct job applications to applicant system; assist with application process as needed.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager / supervisor.
Job Requirements
- At least completed secondary school; diploma or higher is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience working in an administrative and/or clerical support function.
- Basic knowledge of human resources regulations and practices.
- Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
- Computer literate and data entry skills.
