Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
  • Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware. • Run software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Ensure daily server backup.

Job Requirements

  • From 0 to 2 Years of experience in IT Field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
