Job Description
To provide essential logistical and administrative support for the Sales team, ensuring smooth client communications, effective CRM data management, and timely coordination of sales activities. The role is critical for maintaining organized sales operations and supporting Crystal Mind's customer engagement goals.
1. Communicate with clients to present company services and manage scheduling for technical presentations.
2. Maintain accurate CRM records and support the sales team in data entry and follow-ups.
3. Assist with administrative duties such as attendance tracking, external meeting arrangements, and coordination with different departments.
4. Prepare and submit periodic reports for performance monitoring.
5. submit offers and contracts to customers and follow up to finalize the papers and collection

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor of Commerce.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or coordination.
3. Strong MS Office and CRM software skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
5. Proven organizational and time-management abilities.
