Job Description

  • Receive Inbound Calls & Handle Technical Queries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Follow up technical issues with other departments in order to meet our customer satisfaction
  • Complete and process forms, applications, and requests.
  • Deal directly with customers face to face or through phone
  • Handle and prepare daily activity reports requirement
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Receive, communicate and distribute external company’s faxes, Bosta, and packages to concerned departments
  • Compile reports & follow up on overall customer satisfaction,
  • Generate leads by sending offers and new products announcements to customers
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the same position.
  • Good user of Microsoft Office applications
