Job Description
- Receive Inbound Calls & Handle Technical Queries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Follow up technical issues with other departments in order to meet our customer satisfaction
- Complete and process forms, applications, and requests.
- Deal directly with customers face to face or through phone
- Handle and prepare daily activity reports requirement
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Receive, communicate and distribute external company’s faxes, Bosta, and packages to concerned departments
- Compile reports & follow up on overall customer satisfaction,
- Generate leads by sending offers and new products announcements to customers
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in the same position.
- Good user of Microsoft Office applications
