Job Description
- Manage intercompany aftermarket sales activities in Egypt Region according to company’s operation procedures in safe way
- Develop and execute aftermarket sales strategy in Egypt region and to develop and implement strategic plans that will support existing client base and will enable the growth and profitability of the business.
- Product lines being responsible for are: Spares and services
- Communicate with different comminution related departments and Product Manager regularly in order to increase the support level that the region is getting
- Support the region to be more self-sufficient in the future
- Visit customer sites regularly
- Customer complaint control
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Build strong relations with the customers’ decision-makers in the region
- Pay regular visits to key account customers in the region
- To work with the service delivery and operation teams to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and that service levels expected by the customer are delivered.
- Ensure that the business is developed with a focus on working safely and ethically according to the code of conduct of Weir.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Excellent communications skills – the ability to listen and to communicate complex commercial solutions confidently yet sensitively with customers, colleagues and upper management members with equal skill
- Excellent English language level (written & Spoken)
- Result-oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- A driving license is a plus
- No obstacle to travel
- The military task is completed or Finally exempted
