Job Description
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle:
- Reviews and filters applications against job requirements to establish a meaningful pool of candidates for interviewing and selection.
- Conducts HR interviews with selected candidates and provide recommendations.
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various Recruitment media platforms.
- Develop candidate talent pipeline through sourcing channels.
- Coordinates the interviewing process with the client and ensures that applicant feedback is received in line with the recruitment policy job requirements.
- Promote the company's reputation.
- Conduct employee Onboarding and Orientation sessions.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the HR Manager.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in the same position
- Experience in hiring Managerial positions and technical developers.
- Excellent English Excellent
- HR Certificate OR Diploma
- Max age is 29
