Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Optimize system performance to respond to security or usability concerns.
- Upgrade and configure system software for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Ensure that all server hardware, operating systems, software and procedures aligned with organizational standards and strategic business plan
- Troubleshoot advanced incidents to ensure providing excellent service to internal and external customer.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a disaster recovery plan.
- Increase team productivity and automated repetitive tasks by using batch files, PowerShell, VBScript and WM
- Perform capacity planning, performance turning, monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization of servers.
- Updates, patching and software installations via group policies GPO and SCCM
- Manage vendor relation ship
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in, Computer Science, Information technology or any of its equivalent.
- Certificates in Microsoft/Cisco/VMware technologies.
- ITIL or PMI Certification is preferred.
- Systems, Operating systems, hardware and networks acumen
- Strong hands-on/technical knowledge of core Microsoft technologies /HW
