Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale Windows technologies including servers, desktops, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Microsoft/VMware virtualization.
- Assess and redesign infrastructure for improved scalability and performance.
- Oversee datacenter operations including power, cooling, rack management, and structured cabling.
- Deploy and manage virtualization platforms: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, and SCVMM.
- Integrate and support hybrid cloud environments using Azure services.
- Administer Active Directory (AD), ADFS, Group Policy, and both Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage hybrid identity environments including Azure AD, SSO, and MFA.
- Configure and maintain storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and backup systems such as Veeam, Veritas, and Acronis.
- Design and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, and firewall configurations.
- Administer and secure firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto).
- Implement and enforce IT security policies: access control, patching, and vulnerability management.
- Integrate SIEM tools and manage centralized logging for incident detection and response.
- Manage DDoS protection and web security through Cloudflare WAF and Zero Trust frameworks.
- Manage compute, networking, and storage services on Azure.
- Plan and oversee hybrid Microsoft 365 deployments.
- Administer Google Workspace and ensure compliance and security.
- Define and track IT KPIs, SLAs, and oversee performance using ITSM platforms such as ServiceDesk Plus and ManageEngine.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in infrastructure leadership roles.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Aruba Switches and Aruba ClearPass.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
- Practical experience with VoIP systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in systems planning, infrastructure security, and operational excellence.
- Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft: MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Cisco: CCNA (Routing & Switching, VLAN security)
- VMware: VCP or VCTA (vSphere, HA, DRS)
- Firewalls: Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE
- ITSM: ITIL Certification or practical experience using ServiceDesk systems
