Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Agriculture Engineer s with a primary focus on herbs farming.  have a strong background in agricultural engineering, sustainable farming practices, and crop management. Fluency in English is required for documentation, training, and communication with international partners and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Crop & Soil Management

• Develop, implement, and monitor crop plans and schedules for herb cultivation.
• Conduct detailed soil and nutrient analysis to recommend appropriate soil treatments.
• Evaluate and optimize seeding, transplanting, and harvesting techniques to improve yield and quality.

Irrigation & Fertigation

• Design and manage irrigation systems suitable for herbs and local climatic conditions.
• Oversee fertigation programs and ensure efficient use of resources.

Pest, Disease, and Weed Control

• Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
• Coordinate timely interventions for disease or pest outbreaks with minimal environmental impact.

Reporting & Communication

Maintain accurate records of production, field activities, and crop inputs.

Prepare reports and documentation in English for internal use and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure adherence to local agricultural laws, organic certifications, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain consistency in product standards.
