  • Respond to all requests and inquiries cardholders and merchants by phone.
  • Participate in solving the difficulties that might face cardholders and merchants.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 0-3 years of work experience
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
  • Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices
  • Rotation Shifts ( 8 h & 2 Days Off)
