Job Description

Purpose of job:

To achieve sales targets and objectives for the assigned product/s (product line) by developing market penetration plans, planning sales strategies, and supporting the effort to close orders with respect to their respective products.

Reporting To:

Sales Section Head

Key Work:

  1. To assist / manage product level sales growth programs supporting the sales teams.
  2. To develop and communicate sales objectives/key goals with respect to the assigned product line to Sales personnel so as to support and drive product sales.
  3. To assist sales personnel in the assigned region by doing Key product level presentations to customers, finding solutions to problems with regard to selling the assigned product/s, assisting in information required / proposals / closing with regard to the product, etc.
  4. To develops, analyze and implement sales recovery plans for the assigned product lines, including evaluation of regional competitors and counter offensive sales tactics
  5. To conduct periodic reviews along with ‘marketing unit’ to ensure and maintain the proper positioning of the product in the market and competitive pricing to drive sales growth.
  6. Identify additional sales activities, training, or materials necessary to accomplish specific product sales in key accounts or markets and also to ensure selling to new customers.
  7. Analyze and report product level sales growth performance including coordination of product level sales forecasts 
  8. Responsible for identifying and continuously improving activities that can affect customer perceptions by analyzing information gathered on specific customer feedback (i.e., product features, functionality, competition, and possible sales results) from Sales personnel and recommend changes as found appropriate.
  9. To recommend creation of dedicated sales tools, industry specific literature and promotional brochures to improve product sales growth and also assists the marketing unit in managing sales launch element of new related product launches. 

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of Cement field sales experience.
  • Will cover Assiut - Suhag.

  • Good verbal and written communicative skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Well organized in order to manage time, develop plans, organize schedule, and do reports.
