- Meeting and greeting the clients
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Prepare and give technical presentations to demonstrate how the furniture products and services work till the deal is finalized with the client
- Prepare work orders and the needed drawings to the factory
- Work closely the customers and the production team to ensure the furniture meets the production requirements and customer needs.
- Follow the orders during the manufacturing process till delivery to the customer and customer satisfaction feedback
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and preferences.
Job Requirements
- A relevant degree or diploma in interior design, furniture design, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency user of AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and shop drawings.
- Proven sales experience and knowledge of furniture products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, ethical, respect time value
- Advanced level of English
- Preferably a resident of New Cairo
