Job Description
- Coordinate daily operations, including timesheets, overtime, and financial forms.
- Submit and manage project invoices; ensure compliance with agreements.
- Track project payments and costs, coordinating with the finance team.
- Serve as the main client contact, managing inquiries and service requests.
- Schedule meetings and ensure all participants have relevant information.
- Keep clear records of communications, requests, and documentation.
- Generate regular reports on service delivery, project status, and metrics.
- Maintain accurate and accessible documentation for easy audit access.
- Ensure all operations are documented and compliant with legal and contractual requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in documentation management and reporting.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
