- Building positive relationships with customers.
- Handling clients complains and solve problems.
- Have a good communication and negotiations skills with customers
- Follow up with the client to achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Resolve customer complains quickly and effectively
- Follow up with customer to inform him by last updates.
- Aim to preserve customers and renew their solid data base.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
- Forward upselling and cross selling opportunities to the sales team
- Maintain daily recordings, and log and document issues and resolutions in CRM system and executive management teams to review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience same industry. (real estate)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / CRM system.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Punctual with strong attendance history.
