Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in spoken and written Arabic.
Intermediate proficiency in English or higher is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using computers and office software applications.
