Job Description
- Take ownership of customer’s issues or request.
- follow up problems with concern departments through to resolution in the light of company’s strategies and polices.
- Develop daily reports with client requests.
- Maintain an effective communication channels with the clients.
- Regularly checking in on clients to ensure they are satisfied with the company service level.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and employees.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients with the company's service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 to 5 years experience in Client Affairs, preferably in Real Estate field.
- Excellent English.
- Good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
