Job Description
- Oversee daily administrative operations within the real estate office to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain and update property records, contracts, and client documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Support the preparation and processing of lease agreements, sales contracts, and other legal documents.
- Schedule and organize property viewings, meetings, and appointments for agents and clients.
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and facility needs to maintain a productive work environment.
- Track and report on property listings, sales, and rental activities using real estate management software.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of proven experience in real estate administration or office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
