Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and be able to effectively manage and coordinate all aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material requirements planning.
- Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock to meet production requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement quality standards and procedures, ensuring that they align with industry best practices.
- Oversee quality inspection activities, ensuring that products meet specified quality requirements.
- Investigate and analyze defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that products meet customer expectations and industry standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Prior experience in a relevant industry
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible work hours
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Production Coordinator
- BSc/Ba in Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies
