Job Description

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
  • Efficiency in the Microsoft Office 
  • Practical experience in office equipment (e.g. fax machines, printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Requirements

  • English is a Must
  • Efficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word - Excel) 
  • Must have an experience in the Administration and Secretary field
  • Females only can apply
  • CV should include an updated photo
  • Working hours from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday and Saturday is off
