Job Description
This role is responsible for oversee and manage all legal matters within our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and offering expert counsel across a range of legal areas, including corporate law, labor law, and investment law. The ideal candidate will also provide strategic guidance on contracts, litigation, and corporate governance, and will collaborate with external legal counsel to safeguard the company’s legal interests while supporting its business objectives.
Job Requirements
- + 4 years of experience in a similar role within the private sector is required.
- Bachelor of Law from a reputable university.
- V. Good in English
- Strong legal background in corporate law, labor law, and investment law, with a focus on the latest legal updates.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Must reside in or near 6th October City.
