Production Engineer

•Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

•Follow up the implementation of daily production plan and the distribution of employees within shift.

•Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

•Work closely with maintenance and quality control teams to address equipment issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.

•Provide technical support and training to production staff to ensure proper implementation of processes and procedures.
