Job Description

  • Organize and audit the security and cleaning function. 
  • Deliver Caps, IDs, and safety shoes to the new employees 
  • Follow up the transportation plan and update any transportation overtime plan. 
  • Make Daily Reports from GPS System Vehicle Daily Usage - speed violation - Activity Detail Report-Annual/Monthly Transporter Report…. etc
  • Responsible for all fleet operations and manage the company drivers. 
  • Monitor all vehicles every day to know the status of it. 
  • Monitor rides status and makes sure that all rides as planned. 
  • Provides detailed reports of vehicle locations, times and kilometers from the GPS database
  • Prepare the annual vehicles maintenance plan.

 

Job Requirements

  • From 2 – 4 years of experience in Administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
  • Communication Skills.
  • Good English User (writing, Speaking and listing).
  • Good office user (Word, Excel and PowerPoint
