Job Description
- Identify and qualify independent truck owners, fleet operators, and subcontractors aligned with Naqla’s operational needs.
- Expand and diversify the fleet partner base across regions and vehicle types (e.g., flatbed, refrigerated, containers, etc.)
- Coordinate the onboarding process including documentation, contract signing, compliance checks, and system registration.
- Ensure all partners meet company standards in safety, service quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels with fleet partners.
- Maintain a dynamic rate card and support cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to forecast demand and ensure adequate fleet supply in target corridors.
- Build flexible sourcing strategies to handle peak loads and seasonal variations.
- Act as the point of contact for active partners, resolving issues and building long-term relationships.
- Ensure all partner documents (licenses, insurance, vehicle registration, etc.) are updated and stored in the system.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Naqla’s safety and service policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in vendor sourcing, fleet partnerships, or logistics coordination.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the local transportation market and pricing structures.
- Understanding of legal and safety regulations in transport contracting.
