Job Description
Job Purpose:
Extract, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic HR initiatives and optimize employee-related processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to identify key metrics and data needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future HR needs and trends.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes, policies, and programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (Advanced Excel) is a must (e.g., SQL, Python & Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.7
