Job Description

 

  • Develop, revise and recommend Egypt HR policies and procedures, laws, standards, regulations, working conditions, wages, and employee benefits.
  • Implement and revise company’s compensation and benefits program to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Experience in payroll management.
  • Develop, analyze and update the company’s performance appraisal program.
  • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Manage, develop of HR Department goals, objectives and system.
  • Creating a positive working environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
  • Creating and preparing the legal documents concerning Human Resource Management.
  • Organize, direct, responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or job description, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Administer and supervise work visa processing, visa renewal and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination with the high-level employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience, must have proven experience in the Real estate field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
