Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Khobar for a Recruitment Specialist. would be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, such as creating and managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related functions.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Documentation and Paperwork: Ensuring that new employees complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Verifying and organizing the documentation needed for the employee's personnel file.
  • Sending a welcome email or letter to new hires, providing essential information about their first day,
  • including start time, location, and any necessary paperwork.
  • Provide orientation and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for employees.
  • Maintain HR systems Jisr and databases on SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Navigating various governmental platforms.
     

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Expertise in HR Management
  • Ability to create and manage HR policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Benefits
  • Expertise in Personnel Management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Ability to live and work in KSA.
