Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Khobar for a Recruitment Specialist. would be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, such as creating and managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR-related functions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Documentation and Paperwork: Ensuring that new employees complete all necessary paperwork.
- Verifying and organizing the documentation needed for the employee's personnel file.
- Sending a welcome email or letter to new hires, providing essential information about their first day,
- including start time, location, and any necessary paperwork.
- Provide orientation and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for employees.
- Maintain HR systems Jisr and databases on SharePoint, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Navigating various governmental platforms.
