Job Description
- Drafting/Vetting Agreements with Vendors, Consultants, Bankers, Software Providers, in pursuance of Contract/ Sale of Goods Act etc. like NDA/Procurement/Logistic Services /Shareholders Agreement/Media-Advertisement etc.
- Keeping a record of compliances to be maintained under the applicable local laws; expiry, renewal/modification, termination etc.
- Sending legal notices for non-collections/outstanding cases in connection receivables and making strategies and implementation of legal resources for recovery.
- Replying to the Legal Notices of and/or on behalf of Customers/Insurance Providers /Govt Agencies etc.
- Assisting in drafting various policies and standard operating procedures of the Company.
- Liasioning with government departments & external counsels for various due diligences, and/or legal matters.
- Knowledge on Labour Law required in all counties operating in.
- Monitor legal risk in documentation and give guidance on the acceptable assumption of risk.
- Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for juristic persons.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence.
- Ensure that appropriate approvals/licenses are in place for execution of business plans/activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law English Section.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in same position.
- English fluency is a must
- Strong drafting skills (i.e. comfortable drafting legal documents in both English & Arabic).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good in MS Office
