Job Description

  •  Respond on the Customer service phone 
  •  Complaints handling 
  • Collect customers feedback from stores (Sampling, Surveys,etc….) 
  • Analyze customers’ feedback 
  • Follow up on customers’ requirements

Job Requirements

  • Academic & trades qualifications: University degree
