Job Description
- Guest Relations Agent responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotel’s facilities.
- You will also make sure our front-desk staff, including Receptionists and Concierges, offer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.
- Ultimately, you will manage guest services and our hotel’s image by answering guests’ requests and making sure our visitors are satisfied.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid knowledge in customer satisfaction and retention
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Familiarity with reporting and follow-up work schemes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Presentable
- Strong ability and will to work under pressure
