Evaluate existing processes through data collection and analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop, and test process changes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Analyze and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity.
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
Oversee and manage customer accreditation processes to ensure adherence to relevant standards and requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for customer accreditation inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to meet accreditation requirements.
Interface with customers to understand their needs, provide updates on accreditation status, and address any concerns.
Compare company processes and performance against industry standards and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
English language proficiency: Very good
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience with data analysis and statistical tools.
Problem Solving/Analytical.
Customer/Client Focus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
