Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead and optimize our paid media strategies across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will manage significant media budgets, lead testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, TV, OOH).
-Manage large-scale ad budgets efficiently with a performance-driven approach.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
-Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve audience targeting and creative performance.
-Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms.
-Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad formats, messaging, and funnel strategy.
-Negotiate rates, placements, and partnerships with media vendors.
-Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, Looker Studio) for in-depth reporting.
-Mentor and support junior media buyers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
 

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
-4+ years of experience in media buying with a focus on digital performance campaigns.
-Strong expertise in platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok.
-Experience with e-commerce, DTC brands, or lead-generation campaigns is a plus.
-Proficiency in data analysis and marketing attribution models.
-Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
-Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Segment, or attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam).
-Knowledge of media buying for international markets.
-Understanding of creative testing frameworks and customer journey mapping.
