Job Description
- Generally, the Account Executive are responsible for liaising between the client and other internal departments to coordinate & Execute & Deliver the Project (s) Campaigns, in term of Marketing, Branding, Advertising & Printing activities.
- Account executives are responsible to communicate and coordinate closely with their assigned clients during the project phases, they are managing the project / campaign activity, to ensure the project delivery on timely manner and according to the estimated budget.
- Communicate and follow up with the client on timely manner to understand their business needs.
- Meet and coordinate with the client to discuss & identify the business requirement brief.
- Coordinate & arrange with internal department to design/execute and deliver a project / campaign that meets the client's requirement and budget.
- Presenting, alongside other colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client.
- Working with the Account Manager on Projects brief and assist in follow up with the admin and & Financial cycle.
- acting as a link between, the client and Scope IMS Departments (operations - Production- Creativity & Design) by maintaining regular communication / Follow up with both to ensure that the communication flows effectively.
- Negotiating with clients and internal departments bout the details of projects / campaigns.
- presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification.
- handling budgets, managing projects / campaign costs and invoicing clients.
- writing project reports to internal and external Clients.
- Involved in Brainstorming Sessions of Clients’ Briefs
- Attend Events with Clients
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or Similar role in Marketing Agency
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Oddo & CRM would be an assist.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- BSc or BA in business administration, preferably Marketing & Public Relation background.
- Fluent English - MUST
