Job Description: 

• We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to oversee and expand our cosmeceutical product line. In this key role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

 Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company vision and market needs.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle: ideation, formulation, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure timely and successful product rollouts.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with dermatologists, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. 
• Provide training and support materials for the sales team and key accounts.
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on datadriven insights.
• Ensure compliance with local and international cosmetic and pharmaceutical regulations..
