Job Description
We are seeking for a Tele-Sales Representative to join our sales team, specializing in Odoo ERP solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels. Your role includes identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs and pain points, and offering tailored Odoo solutions. You’ll play a key role in introducing our services, scheduling product demos with ERP consultants, and closing deals via phone or online communication tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential leads through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, messages, and emails.
- Schedule product demonstrations with ERP consultants.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
Job Requirements
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in tele-sales, inside sales, or outbound calling, preferably within the software or ERP sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of business operations (e.g., sales, inventory, accounting)
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems is a strong advantage
- V. Good Knowledge of the English language
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
