Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for an Operational Specialist. The role will require some travel to farms and Pack houses as a main part of the job. In order to oversee exporting of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including sales, project management, quality control, procurement and operations management. The role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

- Experience within the agriculture field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, operations management, and project management
- Experience in procurement and quality control measures
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of agricultural operations and techniques
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and changing stay
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
