Formulate & develop policies and procedures to support the business strategy and practice.

Create and implement programs that connect employees with business goals.
Driving and lead the recruiting and selection activities
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
Diploma or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources
8-10 years of previous experience in Human Resources functions in multinational environments which 3 years in a supervisory level
Excellent knowledge of English (Professional level)
