Job Description
- Process and Follow up Customer Orders from its enquiry stage till delivered to the customer.
- Communicate and interact with the customers through a variety of means- by telephone, by email, by fax and in person.
- Provide information in response to inquiries about products, product availability, delivery time, etc.
- Responsible to send the statement of account, TDS and product samples.
- Coordinate closely with other Departments such as Finance, Production, Planning and Logistics to ensure the customer orders are delivered in full and on time.
- Act as a backup for Sales Representative when is required, to finalize any administrative or service related task.
- Prepare & Send Sales Quotations made to the customer.
- Record all customer inquiries.
- Interact by phone/e-mails with customers to solicit sales back orders, collect information or conduct follow-up.
- Provides sales staff with customer performance reports and sales target achievements, weekly.
Job Requirements
- Customer Service Experience for at least 2 years.
- Paints industry experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sales/marketing principles is an advantage.
- Computer Knowledge.
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
