Position: Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Execute articulate and professional phone calls in English to facilitate effective communication between the billing team and payers.
- Prepare and submit claims to payers.
- Verify insurance information for upcoming patients.
- Follow up on rejected claims.
- Follow up on outstanding claims for payment.
- Collaborate and cooperate with other team members.
- Accomplish additional tasks when necessary/required based on your current responsibilities then
Qualifications:
- No specific academic background is required.
- No prior experience as a biller is required but preferable.
- English proficiency (B2-C1 user) for effective communication during phone calls and daily tasks.
- Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel.
- Accuracy and good documentation.
- Reliability and commitment to working during USA working hours.

Salary is in EGP to be discussed during the second interview directly with the employer.
