Job Description
- Handle local production based on his Technical Knowledge in critical areas, such as fabric knowledge, Negotiation skills, and costing.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the production process to ensure timely delivery and maximum efficiency.
- Overseeing the production planning and scheduling, supervising the manufacturers
- Providing the needed reports of his work regularly
- Sourcing fabric, and develop different needed materials
- Plan, monitor, and updating of production Purchase orders, costing, and deliveries. Review and track Suppliers performances,
- Make all suppliers accountable for the planned shipped dates by confirming their handover dates.
- Support the Supplier through production problems and Work as a team in solving issues and addressing concerns.
- Build trust and an open, honest line of communication
Job Requirements
Experienced in a similar position for at least 5 years,
Experience with production planning, scheduling, and quality control methods
Excellent knowledge of garment construction techniques, materials, and garments suppliers
Experience in apparels Kids (Girls & Boys)
Experienced in production and product development
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a very fast-paced environment
