Job Description
The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily execution across key departments including warehouse, supply chain, logistics, and quality control. This role requires strong follow-up, team supervision, and discipline enforcement while ensuring the company’s operational SOPs are followed. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and support the company’s overall efficiency and product flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and follow up with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure task completion
- Enforce staff discipline, attendance, and proper shift handover documentation
- Oversee receiving, labeling, storing, and dispatching of products across all shifts
- Track inventory movement and ensure all processes follow company SOPs
- Escalate daily issues and delays to the Head of Operations
- Monitor implementation of quality control checks
- Coordinate logistics for product transfers to stores
- Assist in training new staff on SOPs and operational procedures
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations or warehouse supervision (fashion retail is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system (MUST)
- Excellent task follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage teams on rotational shifts
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
- Disciplined, organized, and able to work under pressure
