Job Description
- Review the contract, the bill of quantity and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope.
- Communicates with managers and stakeholders to improve project coordination.
- Coordinate with Project managers for cash flow projections.
- Creating planned cash flow process of all projects and follow up the actual progress.
- Proactively, monitor actual expenditure as well as resource allocation, purchasing requests and their cost implications.
- Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the projects
- Prepare integrated cash out based on all committed agreements Pos
- Update all expenses & projection of cash out.
- Highlight, on-spot, deviations, or potential for deviations from the pricing breakdown
- Estimate and record project total expenditure including invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Prepare Invoicing schedule for each project.
- Study the direct and indirect costs, the bilateral effect of cost items on cost centers and vice-versa
- Build and maintain database of cost items, their breakdown to be the basis for pricing and budgeting
- Establish and implement the procedure(s) needed to fulfill all duties and responsibilities. The procedure(s) shall describe the interactions with relevant departments
- Monitors all payment invoices for contractors or clients.
Job Requirements
- BA in Engineering.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in the same position.
- Experience as a site engineer.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel application.
