Job Description
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
- Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
- Review and update the plan with the production team on a weekly basis
- Calculate the production capacity per item for the adequate setting of the plan
- Ensure the consistent supply of materials necessary for operations.
- Prepare a schedule for a prompt supply of materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in planning
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Flexibility, work schedule, and procedures
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- An excellent user of MS ( Especially EXCEL).
- Good in English language
- Strong planning & organizing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- knowledge for using ERP System
