MRP Engineer

▪ Create purchase requisitions.

▪ Check MRP views on SAP

▪ Follow up with the purchasing department the purchasing cycle of items.

▪ Review the validation of changed numbers.

▪ Review the sales orders configurations and the expected production date.

▪ Communicate with spare parts department for any transferred materials.

▪ Liaise on with planning department for any change in the production plan.

▪ Contact technology department for any changes in the BOM.

▪ Communicate with engineering department for new required configurations.

▪ Liaise on with the production control for any loading out of cycle.

▪ Check with store keepers for all required change in the stock quantity.

▪ Check with quality department for releasing the blocked stock to free store.

▪ Follow up with the production department to cover any shortage or missing data.

▪ Check with loading department for universal batches loading.

▪ Follow up all factory claims.

▪ Follow up the status of the blocked stock and ensuring regular updates.

▪ Follow up the inventory value levels.

▪ Create reports for air freight flight costs.
