Job Description
- Welcome visitors and customers
- Responding to phone calls and emails
- Carrying out all administrative tasks and office work
- Ensure that the waiting office remains perfectly tidy and clean
- Follow-up and ensure that the necessary office materials are available.
- Training of support and supervision office personnel
- Ensure timely and accurate customer service
- Dealing with complaints and customer requests consistently.
- Supervising the distribution of internal mail and publications
Job Requirements
- Excellent English (Speaking & Writing), and typing speed.
- BA in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Prefer years of experience from 3 years in the Real Estate sales field.
- Very Good PC skills.
- Females Only
- New Cairo or Maadi residence
