Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil works as per project plans and specifications.
- Develop detailed schedules for civil activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate civil works with overall project requirements.
- Review and approve technical designs, shop drawings, and method statements for civil works.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and quality requirements.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and provide guidance.
- Lead and mentor the civil execution team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Facilitate training and development programs for team skill enhancement.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in infrastructure works is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BS in Civil Engineering
