Job Description
- Handle full export operations and documentation, including pricing, booking, shipping declarations, drafts, and Bill of Lading (BL) issuance.
- Manage bookings with various shipping lines.
- Understand Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CRF) and their respective regulations.
- Daily coordination and follow-up with agents and shipping lines.
- Oversee shipments from initial booking to final delivery.
- Provide continuous, detailed reports to customers.
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Communicate with carriers, clients, and shipping lines to ensure smooth operation.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in a shipping agency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Team player with a positive attitude
