Job Description

  • Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all Administrative buildings and playground daily
  • Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and Hygiene 
  • Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
  • Playground areas cleaned regularly and report any issues such as damage or maintenance requests 
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
  • Ensuring that staff members comply with safety regulations, such as wearing appropriate footwear or using ladders or lifts when needed
  • Creating schedules for cleaning personnel, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines for completion
  • Conducting regular inspections of work areas to ensure that they are clean and safe
  • Examines building to determine the need for repairs or equipment and makes recommendations for management and follow up the maintenance work.
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
  • Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree is a must.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper,

 housekeeping director, or other similar position

  • At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest service
  • Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving goals and delivering high-quality services.
