Job Description
- Develop maintenance and housekeeping procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and oversee all repair ,installation and cleaning activities
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance and housekeeping
- Keep maintenance and housekeeping logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience as a maintenance and Housekeeping manager
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
