Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Manage performance evaluations, training programs, and recruitment for the accounting department.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and auditing standards.
Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits, addressing any findings as necessary.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
Work closely with senior management and other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Educational Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred. CPA or CMA certification is highly desirable.
Experience	+20 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role, preferably within the real estate and construction sectors.
Technical Skills	Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
