Job Description
- Develop and maintain project schedules Baselines / Updates and budgets
- Preparing Weekly / Monthly progress reports
- Preparing EOT claims / Delay Analysis
- Preparing Cost Claims / Prolongation claims
- Drafting Contractual Letters
- Track project progress
- Manage project Actual costs and ensure adherence to budget
- Cost Allocation for monitoring and forecasting
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders internally / externally
- Collaborate and proactively communicate with internal and external teams
- Facilitate effective communication and ensure project transparency
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project controls, preferably within the fit-out industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
